Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Hangzhou ITGen Technology Co. Ltd ("ITGen," "we," "us," or "our") and our sub-brand SaberVet™, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services or purchase our veterinary diagnostic products.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, distributors, OEM partners, and others who access or use our veterinary rapid test kits and related services.

ITGen provides veterinary diagnostic solutions including:

• Veterinary rapid test kits for livestock and poultry
• OEM manufacturing services for veterinary diagnostics
• Private label solutions with low minimum order quantities
• Bulk orders for farms, clinics, and distributors
• Technical support and consultation services

Our SaberVet™ brand specializes in high-sensitivity diagnostic kits for companion and farm animals, utilizing advanced technologies including Genetic Engineering, Immunochromatography, ELISA, and Molecular Diagnosis.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities and actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Payment terms vary based on customer type and order volume:

• Small bulk orders: Payment required before shipment
• OEM customers: Net 30 payment terms after credit approval
• International orders: Letter of Credit or Wire Transfer

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All veterinary diagnostic products are manufactured under ISO management system and GMP standards. Products are warranted to meet specifications at time of shipment when stored and used according to instructions.

Our products are intended for veterinary use only and should be used by qualified professionals. We are not responsible for misuse or improper application of our diagnostic kits.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ITGen Technology Co. Ltd and its licensors.

The SaberVet™ trademark and all related marks, logos, and trade names are proprietary to ITGen Technology Co. Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material without prior written consent.

In no event shall ITGen Technology Co. Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price, at our sole discretion.

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
